Suggests that either you have a column with no external type
defined, or that the external type defined is not recognized by the
database.

As usual Chuck, I think you hit the nail right on the head: when
I uncheck "Create Tables" in Entity Modeler, I get all the rest of
the SQL
just fine. Now the question is, how can I get the info I need to
know which
external types I have that are unacceptable in the "Create Tables"
SQL?
Well, if you're looking for excuses to "upgrade" things, maybe
transition to using Prototypes. I'm sure the Postgress Prototypes in
Wonder's ERPrototypes will all have the proper External Types. :-)
Otherwise, you should be able to just select one entity at a time and
click the SQL button and see which one(s) generate the error. I see
pretty clear error messages with this, that say exactly what external
type is not recognized.
