NSData Character Stream

Hi,

I want to upload file and read characters (unicode) of that file. NSData returns a ByteArrayInputStream (public ByteArrayInputStream stream()). I need to get a character
stream bcos there may be many languages. Is there way to upload a file and get character strem.
