OK, and now I'm getting this:

Failed to process eclipse frameworks.

when issuing "ant war" or any other target that requires a build.

IIRC that means the .classpath file has not been updated to New Hotness.
It could also be that a framework can't be found ... You're really just seeing the very top level of a lot of possible failure cases.
