Sounds like a job for an EO adaptor?

I would really like to use EOF to solve this, but writing an EO adaptor is outside my current skill set, and I don't really know how to approach it, or if it would actually work.

Since time is of the essence to have something with basic functionality ASAP I will persist on my current path a little longer, but would certainly be interested in a more permanent solution based on EOF.

Where is a good place to look to get a start on what I need to know to write an EO adaptor?

Cheers, Anjo

Anyway, I think I have something that will mostly do what I need using an XML data model. I am still open to suggestions though.
