What adaptor should I be using for my WO 5.4.3 app?

I would think the answer is obvious, but let me ask it anyway. Is it bad if my WO 5.4.3 application is deployed with Apache 1.3.9 and its WO adaptor? Or should I be using Apache 2.2.9 and the WO adaptor from WebObjects 5.4.3.
