WebObjects 4.5.1 deployment license for Solaris...

Does anyone have/share a deployment license key for WO 4.5.1 on
Solaris? I have my installation CD, but cannot find the license key
in order to reinstall/redeploy. The key is of the form
X-NNN-XXX-NNN-XXX-NNN-XXX-NNN-XXX-NNN, where N is a number and X is an
character.
I've called/emailed Apple numerous times in order to
obtain a key, but each representative really can't answer the inquery and
I haven't received a response from the emails.
I am only using
the license to get an old application reconfigured before converting it to
WO 5.X. I remember when the deployment license cost went down to
$500, but accoring to Apple, it is no longer available.
