No, it is released as Source only, the URL for SVN repository can be found at: http://sourceforge.net/projects/wovng/develop

Sadly, this is not fully complete yet.  I've been having a rough year.

The fully working, in daily use basis for this is strewn about our frameworks, found at: http://www.global-village.net/chill/gvc_frameworks
