I don't agree. Certainly the presentation layer is a changing landscape nowadays but the server-side will continue to remain an important ingredient in the service of fast, reliable, scalable and persistent data. And given that the presentation layers are changing, further development will be needed on the server-side to support the changes. e.g., cloud services and so forth (requires more server-side distributed services and architectures).
