it would be sort of interesting to do a webex WO meeting that lots

might decrease the value of wowodc, though.
.... or it could have the opposite effect of motivating more to want
to go to WOWODC ..... hard to beat "being there" ...... and let's face
it, if I lived within 90 minutes of WO-NOVA, I would go to it .... I
would love to see the WO-NOVA meeting via internet. More podcasts,
videos, etc surely build more energy and enthusiasm for the technology
and surely attract more developers. Just my 2 cents.

Greetings all,
Several days ago I sent a meeting notice to the list about this
month's WO-Nova meeting being scheduled for 10/27/2009, and Travis
leading a discussion of Ruby on Rails vs. WO. Several people
requested that we tape this meeting, and that, combined with
further conflicts have led me to make the executive decision to
cancel this meeting outright and postpone Travis's discussion to
the November meeting, which should be November 17.
Sorry for any inconvenience, but this appears to be the best
solution. Hopefully we will be able to figure out a way to get the
meeting taped for potential posting.
In short, October's meeting is canceled and Travis's discussion of
the plusses and minuses of Ruby on Rails vs. WO will be tentatively
re-scheduled to the Nov 17 meeting.
