I'm in EDT, if I set my location to Toronto then I get the weird
behaviour.
Speaking as a Western Canadian, that seems perfectly correct to me.
And we (Montreal) finally do something better than Toronto for a
change! Cool :-)
So, I'm just playing around and it looks like it is the GMT-00:05 that
is messing things up. It effects a bunch of locations (Hamilton,
Windsor, Sudbury, Toronto).
Guess I should file a bug.
