1) Some said that they weren't able to attend WOWODC East because of
vacations, and cannot attend WOWODC West because their children had
finished school the day before. So we would like to know when is the
best time for you to attend WOWODC. Please write all possibilities,
for example : "The best is mid-June, september, etc., and I prefer it

2) What is the maximum (in US dollars) you are willing to pay for the

6) One idea that we have is to add more generic sessions about Web
development at WOWODC, for example sessions about HTML5, WebKit or
