Thanks for your help guys. The attributes of the problem entity were not prototyped. When I added prototypes everything worked fine. Why this is true I do not know. I talked to my boss and he has committed to us writing a DB2 plugin for Wonder. I do not get to work on this until after I complete this upgrade.
