hum, already reached the limit of my WOcompetence. I've checkout wonder's source code, compiled it by issuing the ant commands and it installed a bunch of frameworks in /Library/Frameworks.
In addition I have two jars in my /Library/Java/Extensions (one for some utils and one for postgresql-jdbc).
Don't spend anymore time on this. I'll start from scratch with a clean install and Eclipse 3.6....
