How to use WOFileUpload in AMD...

Hi List,
How to use WOFileUpload/AjaxFileUpload in AjaxModalDilaog with the help of "data(NSData)" and "filePath" bindings?
Is these data and filePath bindings are enough? If not, please suggest me? At present I am using ProjectWonder 4.x.
I did in the normal WOComponent and WOFileUpload is working, but when I came to use WOFileUpload/AjaxFileUpload in AMD it is not working.
Printed "filePath" binding variable for clue. But "filePath" binding is null.
Any simple example is helpful for me.
