Eclipse 3.6.1 Error

Sorry again,
After upgrading to 3.6.1 everything looked fine, but if I try to start an Application I get this Error.
org.eclipse.jdt.internal.core.JavaModel cannot be cast to org.eclipse.jdt.core.IJavaProject
I am playing now for a few hours, install the App again, make new Workspace, but it a WO App won't boot.
With 3.5.1 no Problem.
Any ideas what's that is?
