You didn't copy your Web server resources to the new server, just copy /Library/WebServer/Documents/WebObjects from the iMac to the Mini and you should be fine.

I managed to get the app to run, and it looks fine, but clicking on any of the AjaxUpdateLinks does nothing.  WOrks fine in the dev environment and on the original server (the same box it's developed on).
