I am getting an IllegalStateException "Trying to check out a session
twice in one RR loop" in ERXApplication:restoreSessionWithID line

false. I am pretty sure this is caused by my site having Frames. I
know Frames are bad but the site was designed 12 years ago. Do must
people run with AllowsConcurrentRequestHandling set to true?
I have no idea what most people do. :-)
My rule is this: set this to true unless the application has defects
in it that make setting this to true dangerous. If it has such
defects, fix them and the set it to true. Throughput and machine
utilization is much better with this set to true.
