I find this happens on my second monitor (MacBook Pro 17 connected to an external monitor for extended desktop). Viewing the eclipse editor on the extended desktop monitor means the line numbers don't scroll. Viewing the same eclipse instance on the MacBook screen and the line numbers scroll properly.
This is the only way I've been able to repeat this (on 3.4 and 3.5)

Looking forward to answer!

Couldn't find this on the list archives so I apologize if this has been addressed...

This problem with line numbers not scrolling in eclipse is a pain, especially when trying to debug.

Has anyone a resolution to this yet?  a new version of Eclipse maybe?

An old version of Eclipse?  :-)

Try 3.4 instead of 3.5.
