Hello Farrukh,
I just committed an ERModern style version of ERDActionBar - ERMDActionBar that uses the "submit-link" style buttons and wraps the branch buttons in an ActionList styled UL.
I've not had a chance to test this component yet so I'm happy to take feedback.
Change the actionBarComponentName to ERMDActionBar in your rules.
