  • Thread-topic: Core Data to EOF migration tool

Greetings Mark and others who probably know the answer,
I have question regarding the possibility of migrating a Core Data scheme to EOF. The idea is to use Core Data as a sort of training wheels set to help new comers to EOF learn. One the questions that came up was, can EOF import the scheme from Core Data.

I suspect that sense that a Core Data apps that use SQLite, for example, could simply be extracted through a valid JDBC adaptor. The other thing that would make sense is if the plist making the Core Data model specification could have a mapping application to make it into an EO model. In either case, I am not sure of what tools are out there to accomplish this. Any ideas? If there are such things, it makes the sales pitch of WO even sweeter.

Thank you,
