Hey Farrukh,
Which adaptor are you talking about?
WOAdaptor loaded into the web server?  The client side of the connection if you will.
WOAdaptor loaded into the application instance?  The server side of the connection.
Something else?
I don't see how WOLips parameters would relate to WOAdaptor however I don't understand what you're trying to do so perhaps some details would shed some light.
