Looks like you are trying to build a very old version of Wonder. I don't think Wonder 4.0.0-SNAPSHOT was completely mavenized. Did you download the source code from trunk?

By the way, it is probably easier to proxy the WOCommunity Maven repository in your Nexus instance if you want the latest version of Wonder libraries.
