It uses MacOSClassPath.txt, I don't think MacOSServerClassPath.txt is used any more.

A combination of the .classpath file and wolips.properties.

It would be in ~/Library. Are you using a very old version of WOLips? If so, you REALLY want to upgrade! :-) If you are using a recent version, see http://wiki.objectstyle.org/confluence/display/WOL/wolips.properties
