I did the ant frameworks frameworks.install from the command line and got 6 errors in ERAttachmentFlexibleEditor.java (cannot find symbol).  I did the manual downloading and placing them in /Library/Frameworks, and managed to get the app to do an Ant build.  (It did a split build)

So my immediate problems seem resolved, though I thought I'd post this in case it's something to be concerned about.
