Not a corner store, a dépanneur! :-P
As for the "only one beer", it will depends of the number of sponsors we have :-) But yes, you can actually buy beer and wine at almost all corner stores/dépanneurs. And like some guy said, "The legal drinking age is just a suggestion!" (legal drinking age is 18 BTW).
