Yeah, I'd let Henrique know yesterday who said he's planning on moving the repo to a more stable server.
In the meantime you can checkout and install woproject / wonder yourself:
$ svn co https://wonder.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/wonder/Wonder wonder
$ cd wonder
$ mvn clean install
$ svn co https://svn.objectstyle.org/repos/woproject/trunk woproject
$ cd woproject/woproject
$ mvn clean install
