They will block if they attempt to access the database.
To avoid this, you need to create multiple EOF stacks. Then, only the
requests using the same stack will block. :-) A better plan, if
possible, is to move this query to it's own EOF stack. Usually that
is done along with a long response page. Or try to optimize the query
if that is possible.
