Use the new AjaxFlexibleFileUpload.
Just drop it on the page and bind the same few bindings that you did in the old days for WoFileUpload such as filePath, finalFileName, streamToFilePath, etc. Try it, it just works very nicely and does the upload in a separate iframe.
