I think if the point is to have a TurnKey installer to make it simple for the beginner, it doesn't make sense to have more than one version, it will just confuse the beginner. Also, it will be far easier to maintain.
I say: Eclipse 3.6, Cocoa/x86_64 and WO 5.4, Wonder Trunk.
