ERRest and qualifier parameter

Hi,

How can a define qualifier parameter for an ERRest request which contains attribute of to-one relationship?

E.g. I can get all the publications by following url:

http://hidden/app/ra/Publication.plist

I can get a specific Publication as follows:

http://hidden/app/ra/Publication.plist?qualifier=id=1

How can I do the following?

http://hidden/app/ra/Publication.plist?qualifier=toAuthor.name="Stephen King"

Also an example of boolean operators such as "AND" or "OR"?
