The database that I am working with is DB2. I have a very old plugin. I plan on writing a new plugin and submitting it to Wonder. With that said, I ran into a problem with a column defined as a Long Varchar. When I batch fetch the entity with the long varchar the Sql that is generated includes a distinct and you can not distinct a long varchar. Is there someway to tell EOF not to distinct an entity with a long varchar in it? When I do rewrite our plugin do I need to do something special to handle the cases of long varchars?
I did notice that ERXSQLHelper has shouldPerformDistinctInMemory but as far as can see it is never called.
