so my only change was:

# Migrations
er.migration.migrateAtStartup=true
er.migration.createTablesIfNecessary=true
#er.migration.modelNames=MyEOModel
MyEOModel.MigrationClassPrefix=your.app.migrations.Mig

and it looks like all is beautiful.
