The only issue I have with FrontBase is that when it does what you want it's really really good, but when it doesn't there is very little self help material out there for it. And when it comes to community support it feels like there are only about 6 people actively using it.
As a product it's fantastic, as a deployment option it's a risk without a paid support agreement, which can make it a hard sell, particularly if your not the only one responsible for maintaining it.
