Compilers setting are OK, but I am afraid that Apple latest java update changed all symbolic links (including 1.5) to point to 1.6.
I hope It did not suppress java 1.5...
I now have a "Disabled" folder in /System/Library/frameworks/JavaVM.framework/Versions.

There you find:

Disabled
Disabled/1.5.0/
Disabled/1.5.0/Classes
Disabled/1.5.0/Commands
Disabled/1.5.0/Home
Disabled/1.5.0/Libraries
Disabled/1.5.0/Resources

What I am supposed to do to restore java 1.5 compilation?
Make a symlink from /System/Library/frameworks/JavaVM.framework/Versions/1.5.0 to /System/Library/frameworks/JavaVM.framework/Versions/Disabled/1.5.0 ?
