I need to clarify, because I've seen this repeated a couple times.
Golipse ONLY INSTALLS THE TOOLS. It doesn't install the Webobjects or Wonder frameworks.
Sorry to shout, but it IS kinda important.
Since I am not a champion of keeping the WO frameworks out of the system locations, I would use the WOInstaller.jar and the instructions found here:

For Wonder I would use the latest stable build from:
<http://webobjects.mdimension.com/hudson/job/Wonder54/lastStableBuild/artifact/dist/Wonder-Frameworks.tar.gz>
