Thanks for the clarification Chuck + Pascal.
I think I've got it running now. WOMonitor started and the URL of my app has changed to http://localhost/cgi-bin/WebObjects/MyApp.woa/-5555/wa/default
Is the idea now that I have it running through Apache I can test/use mod_rewrites and use bookmarks? Are there other advantages?
thanks again,
Johnny

Hi, I realized from this e-mail that I was behind the times regarding running through Apache.
But I'm a little confused on steps 3 & 4.
Step 3 says to copy the plists (I assume com.apple.wotaskd.plist & com.apple.womonitor.plist) to /System/Library/LaunchDaemons/
But Step 4 tells you to cd to /Library/LaunchDaemons to change ownership and the permissions of the plists.
Is one directory preferred over the other? And the names of the plists in step #4 is different than what I expected they are listed as:
Avoid /System/Library/LaunchDaemons, that's Apple territory, and sometimes they will remove non-Apple stuff from there when releasing new versions of OS X. /Library/LaunchDaemons is the correct location. com.apple.webobjects.womonitor.plist & com.apple.webobjects.wotaskd.plist
instead of the aforementioned names I found on my box (I'm running WO 5.4.3 on a Snow Leopard box).
Am I missing something or is just a typo?
