Hi:

Here is what I did a couple of weeks ago. I had an Apple.zip file from my Mac OS X machine which contained all the WebObjects frameworks. So that was already done for me.

Then I installed Eclipse 3.6 and WOLips 3.6.xxx (using Help->Install New Software...). Then I opened the WOLips perspective which created the wolips.properties file in %APPDATA%/WOLips. In the command prompt do echo %APPDATA% and it will tell you the directory.

The I changed the properties in the wolips.properties file to the following (http://wiki.objectstyle.org/confluence/display/WOL/wolips.properties)

wo.api.root=/Developer/ADC Reference Library/documentation/WebObjects/Reference/API/
wo.apps.root=C\:/Apple/Library/WebObjects/JavaApplications
wo.bootstrapjar=C\:/Apple/Library/WebObjects/JavaApplications/wotaskd.woa/WOBootstrap.jar
wo.extensions=C\:/Apple/Local/Library/WebObjects/Extensions
wo.local.frameworks=C\:/Apple/Local/Library/Frameworks
wo.local.root=C\:/Apple/Local
wo.network.frameworks=
wo.system.frameworks=C\:/Apple/Library/Frameworks
wo.system.root=C\:/Apple
wo.user.frameworks=C\:/Users/mhast/Libraries/Frameworks
wo.user.root=C\:/Users/mhast
wolips.properties=wolips.properties

Restart Eclipse and I was good to go.

Michael.

It finally happened. I need to set up a developer on a Windows 7 box.

I copied all the frameworks and jars of the existing project and more over to a windows box.

Now, when I click to add libraries... it has no idea where my WebObjects Frameworks and more are?

I searched the box for wolips.properties but could not find it anywhere.

What do I need to do to setup Eclipse Helios, Windows 7, WOLips 3.6 to find the jars ?

Thanks
