How did I ever get volunteered for this.. but I digress

Trying to debug my app I am getting some weird errors which I don't understand:

2010-9-23 11:51:55 CDT] <main> Failed to loadfile:///C:\Users\SPatri\Desktop\v4.6.1\TOSDevelopment\build\TOSDevelopment.woa/Contents/Info.plist. Treating as empty. com.webobjects.foundation.NSForwardException [java.io.FileNotFoundException] \System\Library\DTDs\PropertyList.dtd (The system cannot find the path specified):java.io.FileNotFoundException: \System\Library\DTDs\PropertyList.dtd (The system cannot find the path specified)

1) the Info.plist is defintiely there and then why is it looking for DTDs (is some other set of libraries I need to copy over?)
