I did have a menu suggestion from the hotel that would include Quebec cheeses, smoked meat, maple syrup and pumpkin soup, and sugar pie + pouding chomeur (my favorite!). Tourtière, it's for Christmas time, and beans, it's for this time of year (sugar shack damnit!).
