Deployment build?

I am trying to do a deployment build. However, I'm getting "the framework name 'ERExtension' does not exist." error. Looking into the problem I came across this thread: http://lists.apple.com/archives/webobjects-dev/2010/Jun/msg00341.html.   However, the instructions that Chuck Hill references to: http://wiki.objectstyle.org/confluence/display/WONDER/Download+Wonder+Source,+Build+and+Install   are no longer there.  Is there a place to find relatively current instructions for deployment? Right now, I'm just trying to get it going on my own mac os x machine. Baby steps, so to speak.
