ERAttachment webPath ?

How do you architect sending back a webPath from ERAttachmentFile with ERRest?

the webPath I get is like:  /43.png

However the file is here:

/opt/WOWebServerResources/Images/attachments/3/0/a/43.jpg

Not very useful really.  What is the best way to return a full URL for an image via ERRest?
