Yeah apparently they are bad. Some are also accessing the site with made up urls thus throwing a lot of exceptions in my direct actions.
I am reluctant to block the IPs as some legitimate users might also be in the block.
Its like trying to eradicate cockroaches!

If not, then perhaps they are all from a set of IP's which you could block?
