Hi Alexander,
Apparently your new Wonder install is "fresher" than your other ones. On 12/13 Anjo committed r11806 (http://wonder.svn.sourceforge.net/viewvc/wonder?view=revision&revision=11806) to Wonder which removed Wonder's re-implementation of NSPropertyListSerialization.
He says to use "ERXPropertyListSerialization" instead, but right now, I believe it is only in the Wonder_5_0_0_WebObjects_5_4_Branch (He added it as part of the same commit).
