Changes in Component HTML Not Immediately Showing Up

Hi all,
I have a project that is no longer immediately showing changes that I make to the component html file while the app is running (from debugger). I used to be able to make a change, save, build, and then refresh the page and see the changes. Something changed somewhere and now this is no longer the case. What do I need to do to get this working again?
