The Main component WOLips makes is an ERXComponent, but beyond that, it's up to you to extend ERXComponent. For EC, you have to use the factory. WOLips can't really do much for you there (that I can think of, at leasts). I have a PMD rule that finds incorrect EC use, though, to try to minimize people doing new EOEDitingContext
