java.lang.OutOfMemoryError ??

I don't understand how to add memory values to my development system.

I have in my eclipse.ini

-vmargs
-Xms512m
-Xmx1024m

however my development application is getting this error:

Exception in thread "WorkerThread0" com.webobjects.foundation.NSForwardException [java.lang.OutOfMemoryError] Java heap space:java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: Java heap space


I am looking in the properties of the project, I don't understand what I have to add.

(or my app is just bad and I need to fix it!!!!)
