If you're coming to WOWODC I'll be helping people with exactly this.
If not... well... you can take a look at this for now: https://github.com/avendasora/WOJenkins (you'll want to clone it and point to that repository instead of mine so as I'm making changes I don't mess with your build).
If you create a job to build Wonder, then replace the job's config.xml with this one: https://github.com/avendasora/WOJenkins/blob/master/Build/Wonder/JobConfig/config.xml then tell Jenkins to reload it's config files (http://localhost:8080/reload) You should get a job that will download and install the specified version of WebObjects and then check-out (clone) and build the specified branch/revision of Wonder.
It installs Wonder in HUDSON_HOME/WOFrameworksRepository/ so it's available for other Jenkin's jobs to use. I have a WOProject job config.xml file too (but it's not quite finished yet) that will then use that installed WebObjects and WOnder to build your WO Application or Framework.
