You mean straight in those folders, rather than in subfolders? Don't
you guys find that it's hard to manage when they're all muddled up
with other frameworks on your computer?
No, if you use the binary frameworks you can just drop the new ones in to update (replace) the frameworks when a newer version is available. If you build from source, then it will install them for you. There's not anything else that has to be done with them.
