Hi Aaron,

I am sorry to call Pascal by his first name. Sorry Pascal.

For my issue I want to use rich text in my WOText, I tried ERDEditHTML but I got Exeception because wonder don't want to launch with direct2web framework. So for FCKEditor and TinyMCE there are special framework?

TinyMCE and FCKEditor are _javascript_ code that attach to <textarea> (so, in our case, WOText elements) to add rich text elements. No need for a framework, you just need to link to TinyMCE or FCKEditor in the pages where you need it. TinyMCE have excellent documentation, look at it.

Thanks

Hi Raymond,

You'll get a better response from Pascal if you call him by his first name... Pascal.

Call him "Amazing" call him "Cool" but please... please do not call him "Rob".

He's too shy to tell you directly... I think you missed it when he replied to you as "Hi Naneon".

About your issue I think we're all a bit confused....

RTF is an open format developed by Microsoft. Are you talking about that? It's not related to HTML.

If you just want to bold text, etc you need to turn "escapeHTML = false" in your .wod bindings of WOStrings. You also need a special component like FCKEditor or TinyMCE. Something like that. You would use those to make it easier for your users to type in a WOTextArea like it was a word processor.
