Golipse installs Eclipse 3.7

All,
Thanks to some work by Pascal, Golipse now installs Eclipse 3.7.
There are two prebuilt binaries on the Github page, the previous build (build number 10 - relabelled LEGACY) that will install Eclipse 3.6, and the new build (currently build number 11) that will install Eclipse 3.7.
Eclipse 3.7 will be the version installed in builds going forward.
